And he did. He had fixed in an hour what another plumber had told us they couldnt do. That reassurance and those words just put me at total ease. We have used Pennine for many years and have always had excellent service! Recently we had to have a total re-pipe on our 1953 home. It was quite the job but all the guys were professional and friendly- esp Joey, Alex, and John. Todd was helpful also.
