James helped me buy my house last year and then this year he and Martina helped me to sell my condo. They are both professional, organized, and on top of everything. James is very detail oriented, yet patient. He always responds promptly and answers all of my questions. Martina did a great job staging my condo and making sure everything looked great before the open house. They made the entire process seamless and easy. I can't recommend them enough!

Wanted to look at an open house on Sunday. Open house was on Friday and Saturday. What happened to Sunday? Dump Friday and sub with Sunday.
