Cristal and David made selling our late mother's La Habra home easier than we could have ever imagined. Handling a home sale long distance (we're in Northern California) was part of our challenge. That the house had sadly fallen into disrepair over the years was the other part of the picture. We were dissatisfied with other highly rated realtors in the area that we interviewed. Even though they may not sell as many houses as the other realtors, when we met with Cristal and David, we immediately felt comfortable and confident in choosing them. They're a genuinely nice couple who showed themselves to be good working partners with each other as well as with their clients. As we needed to sell the property 'as-is', David quickly managed the clean up of the house and property in short order. And once on the market, Cristal provided a smart and wise pricing strategy that ended up bringing multiple competing offers. We sold our parent's home in Fullerton with the expert and friendly guidance of what could be the very best real estate couple I have ever heard of: Cristal and David Drake. The competence was demonstrated right off the bat as they tidied and beautified the house and created a gorgeous For Sale video.It would take up too much space to fully describe their thorough and complete daily care of the house.
