        About 2 weeks ago I asked to have a medical provider documentsent to the EDD for disability. To this date, it still has not been sent. I keep calling the office and the staff says they will get back to me, but they never. I Extremely disappointed in their service

        Over the past month, have called 10 times, left 4 messages, and no callbacks. Trying to make appointment, but staff does not do their job and doctor obviously is not monitoring his staff. How can you take care of patients when they can't even get in touch with you.

        Dr. Buckhorn is knowledgeable, compassionate, and kind. He was my mother attending physician at St. Jude Hospital in Fullerton and helped resolve her major health issues and prepare for a complicated surgery. She is recovering well and we are confident she would not have survived or done so great if it wasnt for Dr. Buckhorns resourcefulness. Our family will always be grateful to Dr. Buckhorn for taking care of our family matriarch
