The most helpful people you will encounter when it comes to your insurance needs! They will help find the best options at the best prices. Very reliable, down to earth and look out for their customers--so rare these days! I have kept my business with them even after moving out of the Fullerton area and they keep delivering the same great service! Highly recommend!

Scott stapp has been my agent for over 15 years now (it might even be closer to 20) and twice a year at renewal he puts up with me calling him and asking him to review  the policy , see if and where can save money. The first five years every renewal I would search around and see if could get better rates and I never could. I stopped checking until last year I decided it had been a long long time so I went online and checked everywhere to see if I could get better rates. Nope. My man Scott still the best. He is up front, diligent, honest , and most important to me a valued friend I can trust. If you can honestly say your insurance agent is a "friend" you can trust then stick with what you got. If not then I recommend Stapp insurance. I don't say this lightly. If you look on Yelp most of my reviews are complaints about bad business experiences and only a couple of recommends so it takes a lot to get me to sit down and write a good review for a business. Keep up the great work Scott.
