Eco Fresh replaced my heating/AC system some years ago. This week, after a planned power outage in my neighborhood, the thermostat went blank. After trying to fix it without success, I I called John Mattson, and he came over the next day, early on a Saturday morning, and showed me how to get it working. John was prompt, friendly and, of course, knowledgeable. I can't recommend John and ECO highly enough.

This company is morally and ethically wrong!!! Martin who is the manager of this HVAC company sent out an AC specialist to come determine if there was a rotten egg smell coming from my AC. Turns out the smell was coming from a sewage leak in the basement. The gentleman took note of this and I asked how I can get a report and he told me to defer back to my property manager. Unfortunately my property management company is super shady and won't give me anything. I asked martin if he would do the right thing and either provide the report to the me, the city, or my renters insurance company and he said no because they have a contract with drake real estate. My apartment has been inhabitable since I moved in and I still paid rent. This report was all I needed to finalize my claim so I can be made whole again and move and Martin was very vocal about not being able to help me because he would lose his contract with drake. I can't imagine why any company would have loyalty working for a company who actively neglects their tenants and have a long recorded history of harassing tenants. Martin is extremely greedy and I am so disappointed with his lack of help.
