I am a couple weeks into my 6 week experience. I may extend longer however I plan to move away from the area in 2024 and may not be able to sustain the drive. That all said, I do training 3-4x a week now. They offer me entrance on the weekends as well outside training so I have been coming in friday-sunday on my own volition. They utilize both male and female trainers based off their skill, communication styles, demeanor, and overall personality. Even though there are male trainers, they are incredibly respectful, knowledgeable, and friendly in a courteous way. The gym itself is only women which helps with pushing everyone to reach their goals when all you can see are gorgeous and beautiful women pushing themselves to their desired goals. I initially had my reservations, especially with the negative reviews. However I can say fully that you get what you put in. If you have good goals, and want your character and integrity to match your actions and words, this is a good place to help build your confidence and motivation. I appreciate everyone here.

So I havent actually gone to this facility, I drove past and was curious about what you offered. After reading your response to MK Ahmeds question about male trainers. With your gym not being about gender, would you offer membership to your facility to a man? Provided your equipment is what he would prefer to utilize?
