        Needed a pane of glass replaced on a vinyl dual pane window. Told they don't do those types of windows.

        After I read good reviews on Yelp, I called this place to request a quote of service and the lady who answered the phone was just rude and just gave me very short answers. I didn't get a good feeling about her and just rather find a new place.  If you do not offer what the customer is requesting , you can still have some sympathy, instead of just giving a plain NO!

        My wife handled all the back and forth to fix our window. So removal of broken window and replace with a new window. Great price. I come home from work one day and bam!! Window fixed I didn't have to lift a finger and the craftsmanship is very nice.
