Folks, I have been a homeowner for over 20 years and have many projects completed over the years, however my experience with RBCI has been hands down the most positive experience ever. From the first phone call (Josh) to the last email response (Hannah Bales), I have witnessed true professionalism for once in the my life time. In essence, these professional men and women showed up early, came prepared with their years of expertise in home improvement; they removed a whole wall, built new supports, painted the entire kitchen, molding, added recess lighting and installed our new appliances and way more. They all worked hard and delivered big time on giving us a brand new kitchen. Mr. Byron Williams ( the project manager) and his team ( I counted a least two Roberts -all great guys) showed the highest level of respect for my household and quickly and accurately communicated back to me and my wife and left the project area clean every day. No-upselling and they didn't ask for a dime that they did not earn. Thank you RBCI- I will most definitely hire your services again.
