        The clubhouse is clean and spacious with a refrigerator, microwave, TV, spacious fenced backyard and fire place. Had a couple of events here and all went smooth so Im ver thankful. Chris and Eddie do a great job managing the facility and communicating with the residents.

        Conveniently located in this Fullerton neighborhood. Spacious to house about 100 including the patio area. Has kitchen, refrigerator, Men and ladies room inside the clubhouse...handicapped friendly. Parking can be tricky because it's in a residential area where parking permit is required. Guests must park on Hughes Street in the same block only.
