I was having high hope in making an appointment for my husband who was having heart palpitation issues for Dr Rathod since he seems to have very good reviews. However, he may be a great doctor but front staff needs help. Never got to even speak to the front lady to make an appointment for two days. Left two messages, no calls back. I called twice today and was telling her the situation how no one is picking up the phone, she said she was walking over to the front desk To get the appointment lady and I can hear my line coming back then clicked! She hung up on me. Im not sure if it was intentional or not, but this is very rude and unprofessional.
