Avis Car Rental

By far the best rental experience ever. Roxi and Niery were so sweet and accommodating! I requested a smaller car and they let me switch. I needed to extend and all it took was a phone call. They went over all the paperwork. Walked the car with me before and after. And the office smelled soooo lovely (Niery and her candle). Amazing staff, great cars, and awesome prices. Rent with AVIS Fullerton and you'll be well taken care of.

I have always used Avis for my trips and had great experience. However today when I returned the car the front receptionist was very unprofessional. She claimed I smoked in the car even though I didn't. There was no smell at all. I mentioned no one smoked in the car but she was as very aggressive and said she knows I smoked. Thats fine if they will charge me $250 for no reason but I did not expect such bad customer service from Avis. I will take my business to hertz or enterprise next time.

I mean budget on Orangethorpe. Well one person ruined it for every budget for me. Vican was GREAT! Great customer service skills, patience, understanding.. Etc The lady? Didn't get her name. Immediately turned me off and i walked out. I have not been in L.A. a full day and the ppl are rude. Although they may have more customers, I'm spending mine elsewhere. 4 stars for Vican
