Commonwealth Car Wash

Sticky fingers. If you go there do not leave anything of value inside your vehicle. They stole my Maui sunglasses. I have made several attempts for them to make me whole. I have had absolutely no response. Not even a phone call. Planning on filing an incident report and posting it. They need to post a sign stating, not responsible for stolen items!!! Evidently they do not care about bad reviews.

Reviews DONT LIE!!!!! I have the most horrible experience ever at this car wash. I take my car for a deep cleaning, the charged was ok I guess $170.00 ONLY CASH? I ask them well, I don't have a lot a cash with me, they guys not even care, they keep saying we take cash ONLY. I have to leave my car, get a Uber and went to nearest bank to get more cash because I don't want to use their ATM machine, don't trust, plus 3.50 service fee? The cleaning was ok, not the best one, the car wash guys are great employees except the owner/management. For some reason I did not realized that the floor mats were missing, I say not big deal I will come back some time next week and claim them. I went back the following week to claim my floor mats, the guys who worked there could not find them, they say they were they saying they saw them, but they could find them any more. I complain to the owner/manager which was super rude and arrogant since he want the poor car wash guys to pay for the mats. Of course I say no you need to pay not them since those people work for you. The manager say those people don't work for me., they not my employees. The poor car wash guy, was almost in tears, I say not big deal find them and call me when you find them otherwise you need to pay me. When I was leaving the manager/owner start yelling and cursing like crazy person. This business needs to go, bye, bye. Please go some where else where really appreciated your business. !!!!

Worse experience ever!. Please do you self a favor and don't waste your time and energy by going to this car wash. This place is been running by crooks, horrible management skills. I am not taking about the carwash guys, I am taking about the owner and management team. I am pretty sure a lot of clients feel the same way as me or even worse. This place does need to be in business, they need to go.

Amazing customer service & really friendly staff. Ask for Amir, he really made my car look brand new & had such a positive attitude. Definitely would come back next time I need another car wash. Services: Auto detailing, Vacuuming
