        I followed the plan and the weight came off easily and has stayed off for almost 6 months now. Thank Even better was the fact that my blood pressure was reduced to the normal range! I recommended them to 3 others who lost weight also.

        I am happy with the results and the information, however, the office hours are not the best! I rushed Friday to make it before 4:45 pm since my duty day ends at 3:45 pm and did not make it! I am coming from Madera and traffic is a challenge. I checked the website and the hours for Friday have been changed.
