Great experience. I've used them with all 3 of my properties. They call before they come to make sure someone is available. They lock up when they're done. No job too big or too small. Very reasonable pricing. I have had couches, matresses, refrigerators and other large furniture removed by Bob's haul away. The staff is always friendly and professional. Andrew and the two other gentlemen who have come out were great! I will absolutely use their services again.

They have a Wonderful and Friendly staff. My property uses them frequently and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a haul away company to use.

Would not use their services again! I contacted Andrew to see about obtaining an estimate for the hauling of, mostly, yard waste from my home. At that time he requested I take pictures of the piles, apparently, to avoid having someone come out to the house to give me an estimate. Once he gave me a general estimate of 200-$300, Marco was sent out to give me a more accurate estimate. Marco estimated the job at 180-$200 to remove the two large piles of waste from my yard. Marco and Ramon arrived at my home, on time, at approximately 10:00 am and departed at 11:15 am. The whole time they were here I assisted them with the removal of the material, they using many of my own personal tools to do so, and was charged the upper end of the estimate of $200, while receiving just little over half of the work promised. Andrew had called Marco and Ramon, just after 45 minutes of being on the job, apparently, to rush them to complete it. I found Marco and Ramon to be very pleasant, hard-working and helpful, but was not exactly, thrilled about paying the maximum price for a job half done. I chose Bob's Haul Away, because they were referred to me by a friend. This is where the referrals will end. I will not be using their services nor recommending their services to anyone, now or in the future, because I found their services to be lacking and deficient. Now, one of my several ongoing home projects is left incomplete, and I cannot check it off my "To Do" list, which has left me feeling very disappointed. Would not use their services again!
