I am so thankful for Dr. Chege and the whole team here. They are compassionate, patient, kind and understanding. They were able to work us in during an emergency situation and treated us with so much respect and kindness even though it was our first time visiting the clinic. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking compassionate care for their animals.

My mother and I went to get care for my mother's dog and she really liked it there. The price is affordable and the doctors and the staff working there were so nice.

UPDATE: Since my review three years ago, there has been a change of doctor and Dr. John Chege has taken over this veterinary practice. As much as I really admired Dr. McIntrye, I have to admit that I absolutely adore Dr. Chege and love NorthPointe Animal Hospital even more today. I couldn't possibly recommend a more caring doctor for your beloved furry, feathery or scaly family member than Dr. Chege. I am so grateful for your gentle care of my little aging boss, Claire. PREVIOUSLY: Dr. McIntyre and her staff are wonderful people caring and extremely professional. Our dogs have been patients at NorthPointe since 2013 and I wouldn't think to go elsewhere. I like that there's an almost small town vibe with their personal attention, warmth and kindness. But more importantly, the medical care our dogs receive has always been first rate. Highly recommend NorthPointe/Dr. McIntyre.
