        I would give zero starts if possible. VIP Pet Care is just a money-making racket. They will hold your prescriptions for ransom by forcing you to buy tests. 45 plus minute wait times to answer the phone. They will even deny prescriptions their own vets wrote! Fly-by-night operation, stay away!!
