Worst customer service, employees told me and my wife two different things about cars being towed, I was told I cant show proof of payment for my registration and that my car will be towed which is fine, but my wife was told that she could take in proof and she would be fine, once confronted about that incident the owner decided to change it back to the former and say she needs to have her car tagged and it doesnt matter. This company cant even follow their own rules and guidelines, what a pathetic excuse for and owner and business.

Overall the customer service was great. When I called made an appointment and simple just provide your license and registration. And of course the money.
No I dont work for them or been paid off. It was actually my first time being towed. And I agree the price is crazy and hurt but it sure did make me learn my lesson to not reverse park in a complex. Never again.

The people working there are extremely rude. I called to ask for a tow since my neighbors have parked in my stall AGAIN and I'm unable to park in it. The person raised his voice and said "do you have proof?!" I told him yes and he said that someone would call me back and no one ever did. My neighbors are still in my stall.

The manager is rude. He deliberately tells the driver to place stickers on the driver's side of the windshield, knowing the sticker is difficult to remove. He does this to be a jerk and is okay with himself, unbelievable!
