I cannot recommend Jonathan and HighTech roofing enough! We needed to purchase a new AC unit last year, but with our first rain our tile roof started to leak. At luck would have it the entire pan needed to be replaced and re-plumed under the AC unit on our 40+ old condo. This requires taking the unit off with a crane doing the repair, and putting it back on. Jonathan and his team came out and gave us a quote, showed up when they said they would, and even returned early on a Saturday morning to do a last-minute tweak. AAA+++ run business! I cannot recommend Jonathan and his team high enough! We had a new AC unit installed less than a year ago, but with the first rain our tile roof began to leak. As luck would have it the pan under the AC unit needed to be replaced and re-plumbed on our 40+ year old condo. This repair required having the unit removed by crane, the repair done and then the unit placed back on the roof.Jonathan and his team completed the work, showed up when they said they would and even came back on early Saturday morning to do a tweak. Fabulous service!!
