I highly recommend this company for roofing repairs and replacement, they also install new rain gutter systems as well. I have worked directly with Aaron Garcia on several projects and have always experienced excellent service with successful outcomes. Advanced roofing has re-roofed several of my rental homes and they have conducted dozens of leak inspections and certifications for other house transactions I have conducted over the past several years. Great company with predictable service and scheduling. Ask for Aaron, he has always been my go-to guy! We all hate dealing with contractors, roofers, plumbers, etc. But I will probably never go anywhere else for my roofing needs. Leticia was very responsive and gave straight and clear communication. She set up an appointment for the following day with Robert, who happens to be the owner. Despite the reviews, he showed up even earlier than quoted and fell in perfectly to my already hectic day. Robert was polite and patient as I was moving boxes around he waited and then went straight to inspecting the roof. He then came down, sent me pictures, identified the potential issue, and since he had the sealing tools handy, he said he'd do it in 5 minutes free of charge. This man took time out his day, climbed to my roof, and fixed it free of charge. Who does that?? If you guys don't book this company, y'all are doing yourselves a disfavor. This has got to be one of my best experiences anywhere. Especially during hectic times, I can't say how invaluable this experience was. I'm saving Robert's contact info and favoring it to keep it handy! Services was top-notch value.
