        Very unhappy with service for my Dads roof. Leaked at 11 months out of the one year warranty . They came out and did a quick ten minute fix that we could have done ourselves. Which is one thing if they were going to extend the warranty and make sure it could hold up to next years rainy season but they refused to extend it. I had a major roof leak repaired that my insurance company paid a portion of and I paid 6k out of pocket to get repaired . I expected it to last and for them to stand behind their work and I do not feel this was the case.

        Installed a new roof and solar Roof is falling in workmanship after 2 years and they didn't turn in the warranty in with owens corning for the 25 year warranty. Roof is void of warranty! Knowingly installed a 7 kilowatt instead of a 13 kilwatt system GUARANTEED for 25 years that I paid for. When Todd came out and agreed with the problems, after the 3rd proposal that I was going to agree to, they blocked my #. I went to the office to agree to the proposal and Todd or Carlos would not come out of their offices to talk to me. Carlos set up an appointment the following day to come out and discuss the problem. HE DIDN'T SHOW OR CALL!! After 5 more e-mails to set up new apps that he didn't show to any of them and numerous excuses,(he thought he had covid, wife is in hospital, he sold the company) there has been no contact. This has been going on since March. All I want is what they agreed to. A new roof with a warranty, enough solar for the 25 years to get me 13 kilowatts. I could go on and it will if there is no response!!! Service: Installation

        Eric is definitely the person to ask for when it comes to hiring for your AC unit. Came and got straight to work and diagnosed my system. Will come back later to fix. As for now a 5 star will come back later to update. Services: A/C system maintenance, A/C system repair, Repair HVAC

      Vern S, we understand your concerns.You did not do business with Grandmark Energy. Here is some information we gathered.1) You signed off on the complete project on September 28 2017 by phone at about 4:43 PM2) Roof isn’t failing according to the representative for Owens Corning who inspected your roof and verified that everything required to ensure your roof last 50 year was installed. All customers should make sure they get their paperwork in a timely manner.3) We were told there have been contractors working on the property adding and performing modifications affecting the roof.4) Sadly the company that manufactured your panels went out of business and they can’t honor your production guarantee.5) Your Financing company stated that everything that was contracted for was installed and a claim was closed.6) Most project warranties are voided by third parties. Make sure you check with your contractor before doing modifications.If there is anything Grandmark Energy can do for you to help you with your issue please let us know.
