Awful treatment/disregard by Outback crew yesterday! Illegal trespass on my property, refusal to leave and then another illegal entry despite my NO NONSENSE repeated warnings not to and intent to call the Sheriff. Not the actions of a responsible, licensed, legitimate business. I live in a quiet, suburban area. A senior woman, not yet in day clothes yesterday a.m., I heard a loud crash (like a fender bender) in my close driveway fronting my house, 1/8 mi. from a public road. I looked out to find Outback mixer truck and another truck/trailer blocking my drive and my vehicle with a hose being run over the fence to a neighbor's. I was told the (known to be narcissistic, completely about self) neighbor, didn't want them to damage HIS drive so he sent them all the way up here to my PRIVATE property. No prior communication, NO CONSENT. Totally unreasonable. The customer/neighbor has a much larger, open property with EASY access. He runs vehicles (trucks/trailers/tractor) in and out ALL THE TIME and other Outback crew vehicles have been in and out and were there at the time with LOTS of room remaining. I'm not surprised at a really bad, entitled neighbor again running roughshod. I am that a supposedly legit company would set aside legality, common sense, respect for personal and property rights and general decency/respect to do a completely self-serving customer's bidding. I couldn't get out to drive to the store nor back in when I finally did make it out. Dogs were terrified of roaring/grinding and couldn't go out to relieve themselves. I tried repeat calls to Outback afterward. Only voicemail. My non-confrontational msg. left to give me a call back hasn't been returned over a day later. No surprise. I would like to know/speak to whoever authorized such treatment/disrespect/disregard of any person, in this case a senior woman. Is this Outback's template for business practice?

Disappointed in the lack of responsibility in regards to daily claims that are made and not taken seriously.

Outback Materials IA a highly professional organization with a well-trained front office staff and a polished online presence. I will gladly work with Outback Materials Inc. I'm quite confident it would be a fruitful relationship. Above all, I admire their business principles.
