Unfortunately, the Unity Leadership supports this culture of poor customer service. In my experience over multiple issues, Ryan Ahmath is complete garbage. He takes months to respond. If he even chooses to. He seems to get easily overwhelmed and isn't able to manage his administrative workload, even if the email is well structured and organized. Phone calls are difficult to get through and rarely lead to results or any real help. All I ask is for a notice from him if he needs additional time to respond so that there aren't guessing games, I can't even get that. I'll admit, he isn't the only poor worker there but is one good example. The kicker though is that the management allows their reps to push people aside in order to manage their workload. A supervisor may speak to someone and then you'd get a response shortly after but then the low-quality response time cycles over again.

The booking process was simple, well explained and efficient. Any questions were promptly answered. The venue is beautiful, spacious, well equipped and maintained. Will certainly book it in the future.
