Ziprent made the daunting process of renting (especially as a first time 18 year old renter) incredibly user friendly and efficient. Their communication was fast, clearly worded, and helpful. Any of the hurdles I thought I would have to jump through as a renter seemed to not be there as they held my hand from start to finish. I appreciate their work and service and couldnt recommend them enough.

I adore the dedication, patience and consistency ZipRent puts into property management. I viewed 2 properties that were both beautiful and hard to choose from. The staff were so easy to communicate with and very responsive to our needs. They also reached out to make sure we were able to view the properties with no problem. In addition, I received an actual email (in addition to the automated) that my application was received and processing (24 hours later). We are over a thousand miles from home so we are very pleased with the way ZipRent and staff operate. The entire process was easy and comforting! Major plus to have easy property viewing, application and follow up process. We hope to do more business with them as renters maybe even property management in the future. =)

Very pleased with Ziprent service this far. The software application is easy to use, easy to onboard tenants. Ziprent does a very good job of vetting applicants. And their customer service is very prompt and courteous.
