Been here for 5 years and the first two were great entail 99 became the management last 3 years sucked maintenance always takes forever and when my apartment flooded they had the hot water off and left holes in my walls were they put new pipes for a week with installation blowing around the apartment that hole time was told I would just be credit for the days without hot water and never happened, and every time Ill call for a roach bomb the neighbors just pay the 50$ so that dont have to and never works instead just make it mandatory or get the dirty people out,

I've rented an apartment from them for the last 4 yrs. The only problem I have is with maintenance. I put in a maintenance order over a week ago and no one has returned my call.

Been a tenant since 2013 never have had any problems. Whenever I have had a maintenance issue theyve been pretty quick. No complaints.
