Management is awful, very unprofessional and maintenance sucks. My unit has had water damage in restroom along with moldy smell for over 6 months now and has yet to be fixed. Fire hazards such as outlets sparking, stove burns not all working, entrance area to complex has massive hole in concrete causing a tripping hazard for guests. We constantly have to fight off mosquitoes due to the pool being full of green water. Definitely needs new owners or better management choices!!

This complex management is the worst I've ever seen. The office only collects rent. Although maintenance requests were taken maintenance NEVER MADE any of the repairs. My stove had 3 electric fires and they never replaced it. It only had 1 working burner. The fridge was rusted, gaskets were worn and it leaked water and mgmt would not replace it. However they continued to raise the rent.

This management is not taking care the properties. We have no mail boxes. I have to go to a postal 5 mials away. I have to go to a laundry mat 5 miles away. No patio and no security around the area.

I currently live in one of KRC management company. I want to them because they have a problem elevator of a scam. My bank account got robbed. I wasn't able to pay my rent. So I spoke to the manager here she told me. Don't worry about it, just pay your late fee. I said fine. Then they gave me a 3 day notice. I immediately went to my county to get assistance to pay it. They turned around and told me they don't take this. Kind of payment. And that I need to take my papers somewhere else and have another complex film out. Then they basically told me I had too many kids in an apartment. I have a 2 bedroom apartment. There are other people Who live in my complex and have the same amount of children as I do? And that person lives in a one bedroom. I told them that that was a double standard. Then there discriminating against the way, I'm trying to pay my rent. Then I told them when I get my money back onto my account. In a few weeks, I can pay them. They simply denied me laughed at me and told me basically to get out of their office. And this is Ronnie. And His employee Angie who managed the apartments where I lived. I am a single mom. What special needs children? This is wrong in so many ways. So now I'm forced to go live in a shelter. Pack my stuff up and take my kids. And basically live on the street. Until I find a place. This is inhumane. How can you do that to my children? This is their home. This is a dark community. This is a hardship for my children and race out. They don't understand why they're being forced out of their home. By Ronald and Angie. I've already called the news media. Code enforcement Advocates for homeless. And now I'm just waiting to go to court and present my case. I even asked Ronnie, would he give me another apartment somewhere else he told me no. This company and these employees have no compassion For another human being, are small children or children with disabilities. So if anybody up there knows the main owners to Kr c management, please reach out to them. For me, I've been trying to locate who they are. But I have no luck I like them to know what kind of employee they have and how they represent their company. By kicking a single mother out with 5 children and who are special needs. And on top of that, I have postcard and depression. So now I have to figure everything out. All because They discriminated against the way I was paying my rent. Don't ever rent from this company, you'll be sorry. They don't fix anything. Everything on my apartment I've got to fix myself. I put in work orders, and they never do it. When I was 6 months pregnant with my twins. They made me spray my apartment. After that, cause you need to go into labor and have my babies early. All because they forced me to spray my apartment. Well, I was 6 months pregnant with twins. My babies were in the neck. You. Because they were born early due to the fact that this company made me do a spray. Cause my twins to come early, because? All the Stress, they cause me......... Not only that, a week ago, I've asked the manager to put me a new security door because it's weird and tear. Wow, the security door ended up hurting one of my children. And falling off the hinges.
