The people who rent here are not very smart. The lady called to tell me I was denied, because of fraud when the reason that pops up is because Ive had my identity stolen. Then proceeds to tell me I also have a pretty low credit score its 650 with zero accounts in collections and credit cards that Ive never missed or made a late payment on. Ive rented years with the score I have and have taken very good care of my units and have great rental history as well as pay my rent on time every single month. I definitely think they may just not want to rent to people who have HCVs. Snobs. Very rude and not very knowledgeable about fraud alerts placed on credit lines. Please get some training. Ive already been approved for another house through Regency Properties. Highly recommend them over this place, and so do many others they have 4.8 stars over this place which has 2. Just read the reviews.

Worst experience. I applied and talked to a woman over the phone by the name of Linda. Awful customer service. She is rude, condescending, and accusatory. I addressed her bad behavior through text and told her I dont appreciate her tone with me. Then while shes on the phone with my co-applicant, she has the nerve to say that I was rude. Then she wants to excuse her awful behavior as her just doing her job. Like, you can do your job, and still be a decent human being. Never applying through them again.

I have worked with RMC since 2005. They are a reputable rental management company that care for persons who's homes they manage and they strive to keep good tenants. Thank you for using us for all of your garage door needs.
