Hello Sunshyn,Our policies are written in our client agreement, which every client/member has signed prior to booking their first class with us.“CANCELLATIONS: Training sessions and classes may be cancelled without penalty by cancelling up to 12 hours prior to the session start time. This may be done online via the client’s account only. Once the session is cancelled, a confirmation email will be sent to Client. If the cancellation is made within the 12-hr window prior to your session, there will be a late cancellation fee of $15. If you do not show up to the scheduled session, your session credit will be forfeited if you had purchased a package. In this case, if you have a monthly membership, there will be a $20 no-show fee.”“You may cancel this Client Agreement at any time. You must provide P6 with written notice via electronic mail or a letter mailed first-class of your intent to cancel, no less than thirty (30) days prior to the due date of your next billing payment. Failure to provide timely notice will result in a charge for the full amount of your next billing payment. The cancellation will take affect the subsequent month. For example, if your billing payment is due the first day of the month, you must provide written notice no later than thirty (30) business days prior to that date. If you fail to do so, you will be billed on the first day of the month for the full amount, and your contract will be cancelled as of the date of the subsequent billing payment due date.”
