Official Pest Prevention

This company is a joke. They give you no information at all. Randomly sends old or drug addict employees to your house and bills you for the month. They dont give you instructions on how to prepare for a spraying. Then when they come they say youre not ready and bill you. Im warning everyone I know about this company. The worst company to sign up with youll still have bugs and a large bill. Dont sign up!! This company is scamming!!! They will do everything expect give you service just to bill you. They will come spray the outside of your house (in four minutes) & charge you full price. Or if they come and your home theyll say I didnt know you werent informed were coming, youre still being billed for today crazy Ive called since November to cancel and they are still billing me. Scam & con artists. Drug addicts dont let them have access to your property & information.

I highly recommend this service. Kyle is the gentleman who came to my house and answered all my questions. I had a rat problem in a shed, and he took care of everything for me. I feel confident that I can call him at any time. He was prompt and came when he promised. He is extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He is very thorough and takes pride in his work. He is a very personable man, easy to work with.
