        The instructors come by during the workout to give you tips for safer and more effective movement which I appreciate. You cant beat the price and flexibility of the punch card for boot camp . I love the option of being able to get my sweat on in the morning so there are no excuses! The other members are encouraging and welcoming. Im considering trying their CrossFit program too so will report on that if I do!
