I came to fit body Boot camp and I love it I love the motivation of the coaches I love the motivation that everyone gives to one another when I walked into this gym I walked in feeling sad but when I left there I felt good and motivated to come back every day I look forward to being part of this team

Wednesday was my first class the class was for 55+ instructors are great know what they are doing very friendly I have had many health issues when covid started and this was my first time without oxygen getting my body strong again I LOVE this place think I will get my body back to a healthier place the ladies in class with me are great to be around. When I got home from workout all I could do was brag how much fun and how I did the whole workout except the last 10 min. as I was out of breath but Friday I am sure I will do every minute all I can do is brag an smile three years of not being able to do anything now fit boot camp is changing my life.

HERNDON Fitbody Bootcamp Rocks...Not like traditional hitclasses..warm hearted accountability...go at your own pace...lose inches!! I Love this company.it.changed my life...as a mother of 4 I highly recommend this gym.
