Terrible Customer service. Never sent any prescriptions to pharmacy. Never met the doctor during our multiple visits. Kept calling to get updates and never get calls back. Stay away from this place!!! One star is too generous for them!!!

I took my 8 months daughter to them and they handle her so well that i cant imagine..I would recommend every parent to visit her .she describes everything in details and best part is that she handle my daughter like she is handling her own child . She is the best.

I dont recommend, Ive never even met the doctor the two times my newborn was there, and when they told me they would call me back about a concern I had they never did I even called back a week later and they still never returned my call. I also dont like how they dont see patients on Friday. Also if you are a first time parent any concern you have they will say its because you are a first time parent. They also gave me a hard time about switching formula saying that what my daughter had is normal and if I switch formulas itll be expensive. Im sorry I dont care how much the formula is if my baby is comfortable. Horrible experience

They are so friendly, welcoming, and have overall provided great care for my newborn baby boy. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new pediatrician. Also Fran is great, I love how caring and intentional she is, you can tell she cares!
