        Dr. Kratzer and his team are amazing, we absolutely love Dr. Kratzer, Michelle and Carly (sad to know she is no longer at the office). I do agree there are long wait times, but thats because they take their time to talk with their patients and parents like me who always have a million questions to ask. We are never rushed or feel like we are unheard. I really appreciate the time, empathy and QUALITY of CARE this office provides! Thank you and God Bless!

        I had a super uncomfortable experience with Dr Kratzer. My child came in for a head injury and he took off her diaper and looked at her privates, not only that, he continued to physically open up her girl parts to look inside. I was horrified and disturbed as I did not expect something so disturbing from a doctor. DO NOT take your child here. I am mortified and still in shock of what happened.
