        Dr.Orathai seen like she need to be retire. We have been to Sang pediatric for 6 years , I remember Dr.Orathai would listen to parent concern and spent time explaining to the parent that everything is ok. But since seeing Dr.Orathai recently not sure whats going but she have been ignoring our concern and look like she is always rushing in the appt. Not listening to our concerns. Also do this office takes note of their patient symptom into the patient chart. Also they should have someone who know how to do wic referral. Went in 3x and spoke with multiple medical assistants and they still cant do it right until Dr.Orathai call me personally and I have to tell her how to do and what she need to put on the wic referral . Dont get me wrong Love Sang pediatrician will still being going there ! just would not see Dr.Orthai anymore .
