I just went in for repair for my daughter glasses and Sandra and was the most helpful in taking care and solving situation . I really appreciate it and thankful and recommend to visit her for any glasses need or problem :)

There was a small hiccup at the beginning, but the Manager was very helpful and scheduled an appointment for me. The Doctor who did the eye exam was very nice. Alex was the sales representative and he made my experience great. He was very helpful and explained how my glasses would be once I get them. He was very friendly and patient with the many questions I had. I most definitely will recommend Americans Best Contacts &Eyeglasses to my friends and family oh the price for my glasses were affordable as well.

They do not stand behind their work. I purchased new lenses for RayBans that I had purchased from them two years ago. They made the lenses too large and the frames cracked a month later. When I went to get the issue resolved they said I would need to buy new frames because they could only cover the frames for one year even though it was their mistake by making the lenses is too large. I will not go back. Inital eye exam staff were great, awesome optometrist. A diifferent setting when i went to pick up my glasses. I could not see with them, bllurry and out of focus. When i tried both pairs on it was the same. I explained to the person assisting me that they were not right. She told me it takes time to adjust. When i told her i did not want them, ( i could feel eye strain trying to see) and that my readers were better than these a whole change of attitude. Never again. My daughter had the same problem the last time she went to them.
