        A mouse got in my 2017 Prius and chewed the wiring and Heat/AC ducts. They repaired the damage and got my car running again in a timely manner. Thanks to Kyle for doing the work and Jami for keeping me up to date. I'm a long time customer and from my experience, I trust them completely.

        My son was gifted a 20+ year old car from family in Fresno. We live in the Bay Area. and wanted to make sure the care was road ready fro the trip back. Our family chose Complete Car Care. The staff was amazing aswe had to change our appointment serveral time sin one day. They did a thourough inspection and were even able to replace a broken passenger side mirror at the last minute. We made it safely back to the bay. Thank you!

        The people here are really nice and honest, but very dissatisfied that they claim they work on domestic and foreign cars, yet didnt have any clue on how to work on my subaru basically

      Hello Mr Farino.I'm not sure who you are. Are you the gentleman who came by last week with a baggie full of Kitty Litter, used to soak up a leak under your vehicle, and asked us to tell you what was leaking? If so, I'm sorry we were not sure just by looking. We have a lot of training, equipment, and technology for leak detection diagnostics but Kitty Litter is not in our normal diagnostic routine. I have no idea in advance how much time will be needed for an accurate and successful leak detection diagnostic. There are many systems that use fluids. (Engine Oil & Coolant. Transmission & Power Steering fluids, Differential gear oil).My estimates are based on my 39 years of experience, with the final charge being based on the time needed. If it takes less time than estimated, the charge will so reflect.       Since 1996 all cars sold in America have an OBD2 monitored EVAP System. Leak detection diagnostic is pretty standard throughout our industry regardless of the manufacturer. We used the most current equipment& diagnostic to make our recommendation.Saxon stood under the car with my technician while the diagnostic & recommendation was explained to him. I'm sorry he declined.
