So proud of this team! With all their dedication, commitment and compassion they show the residents by providing amazing care each day it was recognized during annual state survey. The love and passion you give to the residents make working here great. When we individually strive to be better than we are everything around us becomes better too! I'm proud to be part of this team. And blessed to be able to give back to others by training and leading highly skilled staff who love to care for others

My father was there 2 months. He went in for help being able to go up 5 steps and to be able to walk better from the hospital. He had P.T. once a day most days. The food was ok. We were told he could walk all around the facility and could go up and down stairs. When we picked him up once he was at the house he could not get up the stairs. Took up 45minets and had to call several people to help lift him in the house.. He came home with several severe bed wounds. Thanks to the home health after 3 months at home they are finally starting to heal. The room was a very depressing green. He got very depressed. Had no phone in his room. His call button was left out of his reach most of the time. He was in his bed and very rarely was he ever in a chair.. There were some very nice people working but the majority wouldn't even smile or acknowledged when spoke to. He was admitted straight from the hospital...Be careful where you send your loved one.
