We had a horrible experience using this company as our lender. As first time home buyers the entire process for my Husband and myself was foreign. Our loan officer did a great job of answering questions and walking us through in the beginning. At the end everything just seemed to fall apart. We were told we would be able to close early, then it got pushed back because the underwriter a new document, then we were set to close on time, again the underwriter needed another piece of information. It was the same run around story time and time again and our escrow date got pushed back every day. I understand things happen and escrows do not always close on time, however, the company showed a true lack of caring when it came to finishing up documents at the end. Our new property needed work prior to move in and now we will have to find elsewhere to live while it is completed. Integrity was aware we were on a deadline to close on time and just did not make it happen. I am very disappointed and would not recommend using them. Find a company who shows more empathy especially if you are a first time home buyer.
