        They had my iPad for 6 weeks and it was not able to be fixed. I put in 4 phone calls asking for progress. Finally they advised me that it was not repairable. I could pick it up in 2 days after they put it back together. Almost 2 weeks later I went in because I never heard back from them and they admitted that they had never put it back together again. They asked me to come back later on that day. Communication was terrible and the fact that they said they were gonna put it back together and then two weeks later it still hadnt been done is inexcusable.
