That means any trucker or person that is at their job cannot get a replacement or a refund because you require them to return your food before you replace it. We still have your rotis we are going to throw them away just in case you thought that we were gonna eat it and get refund.

If we had known it would smell like soap we would have checked before buying. Since we are your regular customers we trust you would provide good quality food. The lady at front already knew i was taking the food for traveling on road. Instead of apologizing she hanged up the phone on me twice and when I complained.

I ordered 15 tava roti and it stink like soap!!! The lady I spoke to at the store she hung up on making excuse that she couldnt hear me when she said okay to me. When I told her that I need to speak to the manager she said to call back after 5 pm. Such a bad customer service they have!!! They wouldnt even refund our money or anything. They knew that we ordered the tava roti for truck but still they told us to come back so we can replace it how can you come back when you are traveling!! Be aware of Soap Roti stink like Pine-soil which is really bad we got sick from their roti!!

Truly my favorite Indian restaurant! Each time I eat here, it tastes better than before and I can never get enough of their Fish Tikka and Aloo Gobi. They all are so kind as well!
