Baskin-Robbins

The owner of this location told their employees to only allow customers to try three flavors before they have to buy. I toke my family to this location for years and this is the first employee who said you can't try a fourth flavor because you already tried three ??? What!! So my family walked out. She said the owner told her this. Baskin Robbins needs to do better. This is wrong!!!! We try a few and then buy. I spent so much dam money there you're telling me I can't try 4 different flavors. I left my name and number we will see if the owner calls back. Do better and that was a rude employee!!!!

This isn't a big deal but I went into BR a couple of days ago and asked for a quart of both seasonal flavors displayed on the poster board on the front of the store. Not only did they not have 1 of the 2 flavors but I felt like my $10 pint was skimped with only maybe $7 worth. Not a bad visit just something to be mindful of to ensure you get your monies worth.

It was an ok experience. The workers was not rude but not welcoming as well. They did get my order done in a timely manner so that was a plus. The only thing I found weird was the price change from the last time i went there and this time. I was charged a bit more then I was last time. Idk though maybe the next time I go order the same thing if the price is different again ill ask. All in all it was an ok trip to there.
