Nicole, was a great help to my fiance and I in hunting for a home. While we never ended up buying a house she was thourough with all of the inspectors and listing agent to make sure they were on it. Nichole is amazing at what she does, I had two homes that I acquired that I put up for sale. To start both homes had renters in them. Nichole went out of her way to find new living arrangements for both tenants. I also live in another state so preparing these homes for sale would have been very difficult. Nichole took care of everything to get them ready for sale. She even rolled up her sleeves and took care of alot of smaller things that really saved me from hiring a contractor for every little thing. I've never seen another realator put in the extra time and effort to help their client's maximize there sales potential. Nichole truly made the process of selling these homes very easy for me.
