I've been going to this place since it first opened. I've never had a problem with the taste of the food, just the waiting and getting someone to actually come take your order. Most, if not all the time, you have to seat yourself because there's really no host. The servers are everywhere, until they notice you. And that can take an awkwardly long while. Don't go too late on the weekends or Friday because you may not get a table. The music is a little loud. They can tone it down and still have fun. It's hard for staff and guests to hear each other. They changed the DJ and afterwards it just sucked. DJ needs to know that if they have a long list of people waiting to karaoke, they need to move quickly down the list and not play music in between each singer. Then the waiting is even longer! I get it you're not going to get through everybody until closing time, but you don't prolong it if you can help it. I feel their service got worse towards the end when the last owners were going to close the business. Hopefully the new owners will train their staff to do better. Didnt like it at all, smelled too bad and was too noisy
