I've been there once. To confirm what I heard from prior employees. They are paid a salary in cash and were not compensated for overtime. Wage statements are provided when work does not exceed 8 hrs a day or over 40 hrs a week. All work beyond os paid in cash. No split shifts, no rest, or meal breaks. All tips do not go to the waiter/ waitress, but to the man running the place even though the business is under the daughter's name.

Had a good time at Noodle Q, wasn't too busy on a Friday evening. The noodles were being made fresh as I walked in. We had the beef noodle soup. I gave it a 7/10, we also had the pot stickers deep friend 6/10, pot stickers steamed 9/10, also the chicken chow mein which was the best thing their 10/10. I'll be coming back for the chow mein!

Great noodles/ramen Love this place so much.. The Spicy Beef Noodles are the best. Medium size noodles. The wonton noodle soup is great too!

Ordered their combination fried rice, pancake roll, and chicken Japanese curry noodles. The meats for the fried rice and pancake roll were definitely reheated meat. Fried rice was overly oily. Chicken, beef and the shrimps were tough chewy. The chicken for the Japanese curry was cooked frozen, that slightly tenderness on the outside and rubbery on the middle of the meat.
