First time visiting this location and the last. Ordered online to save time. The food was not placed on the shelf until almost 30 minutes past the "Promised Time". That's not my biggest problem. My biggest issue is that the staff member was so rude. She was asked by a few people waiting the names on the bags, she ignored the question. When asked again she said "The names are on the tags, I've got 50 orders back there". It only takes a few seconds to read 3 or 4 names out loud. She was extremely rude. Then to top it off, the chips and quac... the bag literally had about 12 chips in it. Shame.

Just got a chicken burrito and chicken taco. My usual order from here. But thidbtikeningitnsick immediately after eating like literally right after eating m also was way too spicy.. Too much salsa yo

Burrito bowl was a cup and a half of food with 4 pieces of chicken, it looked like they were trying to be light with everything, multiple customers kept saying they needed more rice. Long line that they were not ready for, ran out of chicken. I won't be back, very disappointed. I spent $40 and could have had better quality control at a taco bell

I have been having concerns about this restaurant for quite a while but this time it was worst. So I decided to take this online. First of all I agree with folks talking about experiencing less portions here on reviews. This time my online order was not ready at the pickup time and then I showed them the receipt. They checked and it was not on the system. So they asked me to stand in line that took another 25 minutes to get ahead. So I asked the girl(with w. glasses) who was in charge to take my order first as it was unfair to ask me to wait in line in first place. I hope she take some customer service 101 classes before even decide to head a line!!!
