      image Kaiser, you should be ashamed of yourselfs. You talk about preventative care yet when my son is clearly showing some early signs of mental health issues you turn your back on him because he hasnt hurt himself or someone else. We needed your help and you turned us down.

      image extremely unprofessional staff, i dont even believe the therapists are licensed its like talking to a house wife. Staff does not know how to deal with patients having mental crisis. Therapists don't stay on call for their full paid time (sometimes they'll hang up after 10 minutes when the session was supposed to be an hour) also would not test me for any of the concerns i had, one time i remember i told her i was having a hard time eating and making myself throw up and she told me to EXERCISE which i later found out is not a good idea with an eating disorder
