There's only ONE staff at this location, so it's best to go in the late afternoons if possible to avoid the incredibly slow morning service. So expect to wait approx. 15-20 mins per PERSON for the phlebotomist to individually check them in and draw their blood. Also, always make sure to hydrate yourself the day prior to your lab day to avoid more than 2-3 needle pokes! (Cause that happens to me almost all the time!) -_-

DO NOT COME TO THIS LABORATORY. I went there over 2 months ago on September 10 and they still have not received my results. Do not come to this location to get any blood lab work. I came here out of convenience because it fit into my school schedule and because i wanted to get my results as soon as possible. It was a huge mistake. The person who withdrew my blood did something wrong. My arm hurt so bad while the blood was being drawn, but, it did not stop when she finished. And later that day i checked it and it looked like a small bruise. It hurt to move my arm slightly. The next day i was still in pain and the bruise was about 3 inches wide. The pain and bruising lasted two weeks, slowly the pain went down. That blood lab work appointment was on SEPTEMBER 10, it has been over two months and they still have not sent my results to my Doctor. The worst part is that my arm is still in pain. For example, I cannot hold my laptop bag in my left arm to for more than 2 minutes because of the pain.
