(I'd give no stars if I was able to) My husband goes here and the staff is awful. No one answers the phone and they don't return calls if you leave a message. The pharmacy faxes authorizations to the office and they never get them back. We will definitely be looking for a different doctor. Don't waste your time... because you will waiting on them.

My father has been a patient here for years but recently his Doctor retired. Even though I was familiar with the issues with excessive wait times i decided to give them a try. I have had one successful call when I signed up with a doctor but I have yet to see a doctor because every time I call to make an appointment I am on hold in excess of 30 minutes so I hang up. I have to work, I get 30 minutes for lunch so I cant be on hold all day to make an appointments. I am going to find another doctor today, this is just unacceptable.

Consistently terrible deamenor, attitude, and professionalism displayed by the office staff. Doctors offices are supposed to put patients first, but I've never seen a place so consistently unaccomidating towards patients. The receptionist staff is never friendly, never smiling, and always rude and abrasive when asked questions or to do something for a patient. They can sit behind the counter gossipping and giggle like teenagers but the second you ask them a question or needs something, they immediately get annoyed and rude. Instead of immediately thinking about doing whatever they can to help the patient, they make everything a hassle. Not to mention the absurd fees they charge to sign forms. $70 to sign two pieces of FMLA paperwork that they couldn't even get processed in a timely fashion. Just a total nightmare everytime I have to make an appointment. I honestly dread having to call the office and do so.

I went to the Urgent Care today yes the day after Christmas and it was so busy. It was about an hours wait but went smoothly! Monique was in front and was processing clients and answering phones with ease. She was always professional when speaking with customers and very apologetic when someone had been on hold for a time. She never skipped a beat and made the wait enjoyable. JJ took me to the back and as with Monique she was processing clients with ease and in a friendly manner. Thank you both for making my time there easy to endure. The doctor was also fantastic! Heres to feeling better soon!
