        I had an appointment at 10am and arrived 15 minutes early. Didnt get called back until 11. Then waited another 45 minutes for the PA. I felt like I was being dismissed when I was asked questions. A staff member told me that it is a walk in clinic (which I understand) but then I asked if someone has an appointment dont they have priority and her response was she didnt know I had an appointment.
