Alrighty then! The ONLY reason I'm not giving this place a 1 star is because of Dr. Smith, the nurses, and the receptionists. Great great great people! This review is because of how the OTHER doctor(s) treated my girlfriend. -_- So, my girlfriend was wanting a jury duty dismissal letter because she's deaf in one ear (AND she shouldn't be standing around for hours on end due to her many other health reasons anyways, like they'd have you do at the court house), but since her main doctor, Dr. Smith, was on vacation she was given an appointment with Dr. Kim instead. When my girlfriend showed up to the office, she was seen by Dr. Kim AND the supervisor doctor, didn't catch her name, but I'll just call her Dr. Ego. Dr. Ego wanted to do a hearing test before signing her a dismissal slip, I guess they didn't have any documents on record for some reason. But, regardless of the test, Dr. Ego said something like "since we don't know you, I won't write you a dismissal, just go to jury duty, my license is on the line" while Dr. Kim simped along and agreed, the WHOLE time. Not sure what the point of the test was if you were just gonna tell her that anyways!? >:O My girlfriend, rightfully upset, asked if the ENT documents she had at home would suffice? The doctors said yes, so she went back home, grabbed the paperwork, and came back to the office. Sonia, lovely nurse btw, took her paperwork and gave it to Dr. Ego. Not even a minute later, Sonia came back, apologised, and said that Dr. Ego said no... Thank you, Dr. Egotistical! Thank you for wasting my girl's time and wasting her gas (expensive stuff)! You lied, you just couldn't get passed your own ego to write my girl a simple dismissal letter! You didn't even look at the paperwork, and no, it didn't take you less than a minute to go over it, it was 10 pages looong! You are NOT a doctor, you are a silly, little clod! There seems to be a trend of stuck-up, narcissistic, LAZY peeps, such as yourself, that are getting medical degrees and pulling off carp like this. THANK YOU FOR YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO SOCIETY!!! :D:D:D And don't worry, Dr. Ego, she was able to push her jury duty date to some other time, she'll just wait for Dr. Smith, an actual doctor, to see her! Also, all of the staff thinks your a [INSERT THE FUNNY FEMALE CANINE WORD HERE]!!! ;P

Love my Dr she is the best she definitely hear what I have to say dr Smith is the best Dr I have ever had

This clinic is such a waste of time. They never have appointments and I had gotten nothing resolved during my visits. The front desk people always seem to have an attitude. Definitely time to change clinics only good doctor was Dr. Pablo but she is no longer taking patients. Dont recommend.

After a procedure at this facility, my boyfriend ended up in the ER. He continuously kept bleeding despite following the aftercare instructions to the fullest. The ER doctor said that he lost a substantial amount of blood and he had to have a blood transfusion. This read the most scariest situation we have had to deal with. This is the first time he has ever had an adverse reaction with dental issues.
